#Unassembled 7x Trace Files
* The complete fosmid and BAC sequences were downloaded from Mimulus 
  Evolution from the 
  /intranet/download_files/raw_data/genome_assembly7x/assembly_FASTAs.
* The Fosmid/BACs used in the assembly were obtained from Assembly.7x.gz 
  in the same directory

The Unassembled fosmids and BACs were found by excluding those fosmids and 
BACs in the assembly using a simple perl script. Out of the 3768480 Fosmids 
and Bacs, 610745 were not in the assembly, (leaving 3,157,735 assembled F/B).
